Evolution of a Project

Step 1: Trial - this is the "proof of concept" stage; laboratory testing and field trialling best practice solutions a controlled environment.

Step 2: Concept - using the results of the trial, a full scale process concept is conceived and documented.

Step 3: Design & Engineering - utilising the latest technologies, the engineering team design the entire engineered system, including 3D CAD visuals.

Step 4: Build - all fabrications works take place meeting the exact specifications of the design with strict quality assurance milestones.

Step 5: Installation - equipment installation works coupled with all on-site construction is finalised.

Step 6: Commission - once the project build phase is complete and the solution is in place, the equipment is commissioned, performance tested and operator training conducted.

Step 7: Operation - the system becomes operational.
